The gym smelled so musty that I couldn’t work out, and the shower pressure was awful. Plus, the air conditioning barely worked, making it uncomfortable the entire time. Not worth the price!

Spacious, clean rooms with comfy beds made for a good night's sleep. The location was superb, just a short walk from everything, which made our adventures easy. A warning about balcony smoking restrictions would’ve been helpful; it felt misleading.

The location is spot on, perfect for hitting all the fun spots. The staff is friendly and the breakfast spread rocks with waffles and bacon on the menu.

Parking was a pain; we had to trek a bit with our little one.

The sausage links were very flavorful and honestly the best hot food that was offered. The wait staff was very friendly and keep the eating area clean.

Breakfast was bland, used to have good sausage gravy. But now is white gravy that has no flavor. No fruit, no peanut butter packets that used to have to use on bagels/toast. Little variety of pastries, we ate early, so eating late was not the issue.

The location was great, just an easy walk to shops and activities.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the main strip. The room had a king bed that was incredibly comfortable—perfect after a long day of exploring. The air conditioning worked efficiently, keeping the room nice and cool. there was a musty smell, and the bathroom could use better lighting. The shower had minimal pressure, which was disappointing. I appreciated the large shower, but the toilet's leak was concerning. Breakfast the next morning was solid with many options. it was a cozy stay, but some details need improvement for a more satisfying experience.

No complaints whatsoever, we liked this stunningly beautiful hotel, totally recommend. They provided a wide array of outstanding choices for breakfast that was included. The room was updated, moreover exceptional with great beds.

Fantastic walkable access to Gatlinburg attractions and eateries!

The property was just a short stroll from the main strip, allowing us to discover so many local gems like the Gatlinburg Sky Needle and the Amazing Mirror Maze within minutes, plus the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was always hot and tasty with coffee and juice available all day long, but the one downside was that the hotel could use better security measures for peace of mind.

The suite was bigger than other places I’ve stayed—so comfy! The breakfast spread was a dream with delicious options like waffles and eggs; I even snagged some late food around 9:30 AM! Plus, the heated indoor pool was the perfect way to unwind after a day full of fun.
